    国家质检总局近期对天然花岗石、大理石建筑板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量进行了监督抽查，发现大部分生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/都能生产出符合国家推荐产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/标准中“合格品”以上质量等级要求的产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/，大、中型生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/生产的板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量较好，目前这些大、中型生产板材的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/是我国大型、高档建筑物的装饰材料的主要供货商，也是生产出口http://en.stonebuy.com/板材的主要企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/。一部分中小型生产企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/及市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html经销部的板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量较差。本次共抽查了39家企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/的58种产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/，合格45种，产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/抽样合格率为77．6％。此次抽查与2003年第三季度的抽查相比，企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/抽查合格率降低了9个百分点，说明我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量有所下滑，石材http://www.stonebuy.com/行业质量意识还需加强。

抽查中暴露出的主要问题是板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的规格尺寸（长度、宽度和厚度）、外观质量及光泽度控制地不好，有的产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/超差严重，根本无法使用。

    我国石材http://www.stonebuy.com/现行采用的天然建筑板材标准中，规定板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的长度和宽度偏差不能有正值，而本次抽查中有9种板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/在长度、宽度尺寸上出现了正偏差，占抽查不合格企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/总数的82％。标准中还明确规定天然花岗石、大理石板材产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的厚度偏差和对光泽度的要求，而抽查中有7种产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/厚度不合格，占不合格产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/总数的64％。有6种产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/光泽度不合格，占不合格产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/总数的55％，有3种产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/总数外观质量不合格，占不合格产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的27％。还有1种产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/存在放射性检测不合格。

造成产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量不合格的主要原因是，部分企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/不重视产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量，产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量意识淡薄，有的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/竟然没有生产标准，也没有配齐检测量具，没有配备专职的质量检验员，生产设备陈旧，生产工艺落后，工人的操作水平较低。绝大部分企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/使用的量具没有经过国家法定部门计量检定。另外有的企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/为了降低产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/生产成本，减少生产工时或工序，使产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/质量大大降低。

    近几年，进口石材http://www.stonebuy.com/悄悄占据国内市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html，由于国外先进的开采技术和加工方法使得进口石材http://www.stonebuy.com/在质量上占有优势，众多的品种和颜色也让进口石材http://www.stonebuy.com/在国内市场http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/FuJian/QuanZhouShi.html上更具竞争力。

但有关专家提醒，不要一味追求装饰效果，忽略了对这些进口石材http://www.stonebuy.com/放射性的检测，要慎用进口石材http://www.stonebuy.com/。从中心检测的结果来看，放射性核素水平偏高的进口石材http://www.stonebuy.com/有：南非红、印度红、细啡珠、皇室啡等，其中部分产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/的放射性按照国家标准的规定，只能用于碑石、海堤、桥墩等人类很少涉及到的地方。同时，在购买石材http://www.stonebuy.com/时，消费者有权利要求厂家出示检验报告，如果是老百姓普通的家庭装修应该选择放射性为Ａ类的石材http://www.stonebuy.com/品种。部分质量较差的产品http://www.stonebuy.com/sample/及其企业http://www.stonebuy.com/enterprise/名单：莱州市夏邱胜磊石材http://www.stonebuy.com/有限公司（805×511×30）樱花红花岗石，广州市威洋石材http://www.stonebuy.com/有限公司威洋 （600×600×20）。
